The company NETTI LORENZO produces vertical automatic form-fill-seal machines suitable for various kind of products (food and non food) to be packed starting from a single roll in sachets sealed on four sides.

► The "NET PAK" automatic vertical packaging machines can be differentiated by products, feeding and filling systems and weight range: from the small sachets for hotels/airlines (airport catering) up to 150g sachets.

Form-fill-seal machines

NET-PAK DC1

The "NET-PAK" DC1 vertical form-fill-seal machine is suitable to pack difficult flowing powders as spices, cocoa, talcum, cosmetic and dried products.

The product’s filling is made with an auger type screw doser (1 lane only) from 2gr. up to 150gr. depending on kind and volume of product.

NET-PAK LC 2.6

The "NET-PAK" LC 2.6 vertical form-fill-seal machine is suitable to pack liquid and cream products as shampoo, ketchup, mayonnaise, cosmetic creams, ice lollies, etc..

The product’s filling is made with a pneumatic dosing piston system with a micrometrical adjustment (1 up to 6 lanes) from 5ml up to 50ml per lane.

NET-PAK SR 2.4

The "NET-PAK" SR 2.4 vertical form-fill-seal machine is suitable to pack sugar, pepper, salt for Hotels and airlines and tea powders.

The product’s filling is made with a volumetric dosing at rotary sectors (at 1 up to 4 lines) from 0,5g up to 10g for each lane depending on kind of product.

NET-PAK VL 1.2

The "NET-PAK" VL 1.2 vertical form-fill-seal machine is suitable to pack granular products and flowing powders.

The product’s filling is made with a volumetric cups feeder system with micrometrical adjustment and interchangeable cups (with 1 or 2 lanes) from 5g up to 150g depending on kind and volume of product.
